كيف يمكن أن يحقق إيرادًا؟ — مقترح للاختبار
- المشتري المقترح: الجامعة أو مركز الإرشاد، وليس الطالب.
- ترخيص سنوي: أدوات المرشد وإدارة خرائط القدرات وتحديثها، وفق نطاق المؤسسة وعدد المستخدمين المصرح لهم.
- خدمات منفصلة: إعداد الربط المؤسسي، ومراجعة الكتالوج، وتدريب المستشارين. لا تُباع كتجربة متاحة اليوم.
- تسعير بعد التحقق: مقابلات استعداد للدفع ثم تجربة محددة النطاق ومعايير نجاح متفق عليها؛ لا توجد أسعار أو إيرادات محققة معلنة.
- حد ثابت: لا بيع لبيانات الطلاب أو عمولة لتغيير ترتيب المسارات.
التحقق المؤسسي: ما الذي سيُبنى؟
- تحديد جهة مخولة بإصدار الدليل ونطاق مسؤوليتها وموافقات التجربة.
- استيراد إفادة موقعة أو ربط رسمي؛ التحقق من المصدر والتوقيع وصلاحية الدليل وتاريخ انتهائه وإلغائه.
- تمييز الحالات: تصريح الطالب، مراجعة المستشار، تحقق المصدر، منتهي أو ملغى. لا يكفي رفع ملف أو كتابة اسم جامعة للترقية.
- اختبار الرفض: جهة مجهولة، توقيع غير صحيح، دليل منتهي، وإلغاء بعد الإصدار. يحتفظ كل ادعاء بمصدره ونطاقه.
- إطلاق محدود بعد الاعتماد مع تصحيح وسحب ومراجعة صلاحيات وسجل تدقيق.

تجربة مقترحة لمدة تسعة أشهر
منتج عامل وتجربة أولية بنهاية الفصل، ومتابعة ضمن خطة تحقق تمتد تسعة أشهر من مشروع العشرة أشهر. ثلاث كليات و60 مشاركًا كهدف استكشافي؛ المشاركة غير مؤكدة. نبدأ بموافقة وبروتوكول ثابت ثم بيانات وهمية قبل أي سجل حقيقي. تُنشر النتائج والقيود بعد القياس. السيكومتريات تحتاج دراسة سعودية مستقلة، وواجهة أصحاب العمل مرحلة لاحقة.

What works today?
The student release is free and account-free, with local processing, reports and encrypted backups. Advisor and administration views use synthetic data. Operational institutional sharing and signed contracts are not announced.

How could Kamin earn revenue? — a proposal to test
- Proposed buyer: the university or career center, not the student.
- Annual license: advisor tools, capability-map governance and updates, scoped by institution and authorized users.
- Separate services: integration setup, catalog review and advisor training. These are not purchasable production services today.
- Price after validation: willingness-to-pay interviews followed by a scoped pilot with agreed success criteria; no published prices or earned revenue claims.
- Fixed boundary: no selling student data or commissions that change pathway ordering.
Institutional verification: what needs to be built?
- Identify an authorized issuer, its scope and responsibilities, and the pilot approvals.
- Accept a signed assertion or official integration; verify issuer, signature, scope, expiry and revocation.
- Separate student declaration, advisor review, issuer verification, expired and revoked states. Uploading a file or typing a university name cannot upgrade evidence.
- Test rejection of unknown issuers, invalid signatures, expired records and post-issuance revocation. Retain source and scope for every claim.
- Launch a bounded pilot only after approval, with correction, withdrawal, access review and an audit trail.
Current status: roadmap only; institutional verification is not active.
A proposed nine-month evaluation
A working product and initial pilot by semester end, with follow-up within a nine-month validation plan in the ten-month project. Three colleges and 60 participants are exploratory targets, not confirmed recruitment. Begin with approvals and a frozen protocol, using synthetic data before any real record. Publish results and limits after measurement. Psychometrics require a separate Saudi study; employer access is a later phase.
