اذكر «كامن»، اللغة، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والخطوات التي سبقت المشكلة. احذف الاسم والرقم الجامعي والدرجات وأي معلومات شخصية من الصور. لا ترسل سجلًا أكاديميًا أو بيانات صحية أو كلمات مرور.

أسئلة الخصوصية وتصحيح البيانات

تُصحّح معلومات ملفك وتُحذف من داخل كامن ← الخصوصية والتحكم. لا يملك فريق المشروع نسخة مركزية من ملفك المحلي يستطيع استرجاعها. يمكن استخدام قناة المشرف للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمنتج والخصوصية؛ لا توجد مدة استجابة مضمونة معلنة.

Open the supervisor’s website and contact channels

Mention “Kamin”, your language, device, browser and the steps before the issue. Remove names, student IDs, grades and personal information from screenshots. Do not send transcripts, health information or passwords.

Privacy questions and corrections

Correct or delete profile information in Kamin → Privacy & control. The project team has no central copy of your local profile to recover. The supervisor’s channel can receive product and privacy questions; no guaranteed response time is published.
