Valid RDF does not prove a recommendation is correct. This release has no general OWL reasoner, running SHACL engine, university integration or live recruitment integration. A three-college pilot is a validation goal, not a completed result.

Review requirements and sources, then accept exploratorily, reject, contest or leave unresolved. Decisions are local and withdrawable, with no skill-evidence upgrade. Export a test candidate from a contest without profile data; institutional contest handling is not active.
Review and contest stepsProvenance per field and document integrity signals
Every extracted field keeps its original value, so edits and raised grades appear as self-declared wherever the capability is shown. PDFs and images are checked locally for signature, modification and QR signals with verification at the source. Available now; it does not prove authenticity or replace institutional verification.
From gap to evidence: record a project or certificate against a gap at the declared-applied level awaiting review. Unsigned portable export in the CLR 2.0 shape. Advisor review and issuer verification are not implemented yet.
The task, evidence and review loop
Six tasks for three pathways on synthetic data, each with a rubric and a review scope, with progress saved locally. Available now as a proposed design scope; review by two HR and domain experts is pending, and no partnership or accreditation is claimed.
Pathway comparison, a local capability suggester measured on a frozen labelled set, and signed-credential import with local verification. Institutional advisor review is not operational; its design is published in the repository.
